A nutritious and iconic HelloFresh salad that’s so packed full of flavour it will leave you grinning all week long.
Ingredients for two people
2 | rump steak |
2 | cucumber, halved lengthways & sliced |
1 | chilli, desseded & diced |
1 bunch | spring onions, chopped |
1 punnet | cherry tomatoes, halved |
1 handful | mint, roughly chopped |
1 tbs | fish sauce |
1/2 | lemon, juiced |
1 tbs | brown sugar |
2 tbs | soy sauce |
2 | garlic cloves, peeled & crushed |

Ingredients for two people
2 tbs | flour |
2 tbs | milk |
2 | brown onions, sliced into rings |
1 bag | panko breadcrumbs |
1 tsp | HelloFresh sweet paprika |
2 | porterhouse steaks |
2 handfuls | mixed salad, washed |
2 tbs | olive oil |
1 tbs | balsamic vinegar |

Tip: the closer you bring your steak down to room temperature before cooking it, the more tender it will be!
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
