Ingredients for two people

2 rump steak
2 cucumber, halved lengthways & sliced
1 chilli, desseded & diced
1 bunch spring onions, chopped
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
1 handful mint, roughly chopped
1 tbs fish sauce
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, peeled & crushed

Ingredients for two people

2 tbs flour
2 tbs milk
2 brown onions, sliced into rings
1 bag panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp HelloFresh sweet paprika
2 porterhouse steaks
2 handfuls mixed salad, washed
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs balsamic vinegar

Tip: the closer you bring your steak down to room temperature before cooking it, the more tender it will be!
